Dear Dan and company,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a great job on the house.  We were very pleased with the roof, siding and cleanup.

Your roofing and siding crews were very personable, answered my questions, gave advice and worked in a timely manner.

Two weeks ago a package arrived on our doorstep, a day my wife was babysitting my two year old grandson, Max.  The Vermont teddy bear was instantly grabbed from my wife’s hands.  Max carried it around saying, “teddy bear working!!”  The VT bear was greatly appreciated.

In the future should you need a recommendation in Middleboro I would be happy to share my experience with you and the company.  You have my highest recommendation.

 To Everyone at B & D Construction,
We received a card asking how we would rate B&D and the work force.  We felt that just circling a number was not the way we wanted to express our experience.

The salesperson, Rob Costa, we could not have asked for a nicer and more knowledgeable person.  I would tell Rob what we would like in the bathroom and he would listen and then explain what would happen over time doing it that way.  Rob would not only take the time to listen, he was always available to receive phone calls with something we were not sure of.  There was a certain look we had in mind for the bathroom, and it seemed that the ideas were changing and I thank Rob for having to deal with those changes.  Rob was great to work with.

The men that did the bathroom, from pulling it apart to putting it back together, again we could not ask for any better than them.  The remodeling of the bathroom was messy as any tearing apart an existing room can be, but at the end of the day there would not be any signs of anything being done until you looked in the bathroom.  They did a GREAT JOB!!

The response time was fine, there were certain items that would make the bathroom the way we wanted and B&D waited until those items were found.

The clean up was done on a daily basis, again no one would know we were having construction done, unless you look at the bathroom or saw the sign on our front lawn.

There is one question that was not on the card and that is the girls in the office, who dealt with the questions that I had.  There wasn’t one call that was made that I didn’t receive a very nice conversation with.

We know that the floor of the bathroom makes a statement we wanted and gives the rest of the bathroom the look we needed.  We called Emond Brothers to thank them and let them know their workman did a fantastic job.  We also want to thank B&D for knowing who to hire for their tile work.

How would we rate B&D?  B&D would be the company we will be calling in the spring to give us a quote on doing the kitchen and if we are asked for a construction company by one of our friends, it will be B&D.

Yes, you can use our name as a reference.  Thank you for a great job.

We would like to thank you and your staff for an excellent job well done! The Vice-President and Crew Staff were friendly, polite, and was very helpful with picking the colors out for our downspouts, windowsills/ exterior casings on our home.

The crew was punctual, thorough, and very professional. They asked us on a daily basis if we had any questions or concerns with the work being done on the house. The house looks great and the crew performed creativity with the palladium window project.

The clean up was done on a daily basis and the grounds were left neat as a pin. Our project list for next spring is growing and we will be calling B&D again for a quote with more house repairs. I would recommend your service and workmanship to friends and family.

To say we are pleased with the roof would be a huge understatement! The project went just as you said it would. Your crew was very professional, and courteous to me, and even took time to say hi to my kids.

I watched the crew work for a bit, and was very impressed at the workmanship that they displayed. Even more impressive was the clean up. We have not found a single nail, or piece of shingle left behind!!

I was equally impressed to find a hole bundle of brand new shingles left behind as “extra”. It reaffirmed that your company prides itself on integrity and honesty. You could have ordered “extra” shingles, used them on another job (I know you are laughing, but I bet a lot of contractors do that)

We have more plans for the house next year. We need new windows, and eventually siding. You will be the first company that I call to look at the project(s).
